First off, before anything else: Grove Street is very much alive and active! We’ve had some questions recently about our status, and while there have been some big changes in the past few months that caused us to be quiet, we are still very much operational. And, hopefully, the changes will allow us to be around these parts more than before!

It was a very eventful summer. The biggest news of all is that we have moved from our little shop in the Warehouse District of New Orleans, our happy home for the past four years. It was a bittersweet move, since we built our brand on that cobblestone street, while printing thousands of cards in house and greeting lots of daily customers. We designed the space ourselves and loved keeping a cheerful shop. Life marches on, though, and it became increasingly impractical for us to manage both the hours of wholesale and creative work with the inflexible hours of a retail space. In an effort to be in closer proximity to our growing families (a baby for Kate and an engagement for Anna!) and work within a more flexible schedule, we sold our printing equipment and are now operating from an office in Uptown NOLA.

So what does all this mean for you, the community that we’ve grown to love? A lot! And thank you for continuing to follow! We’re actually going to be able to expand our offerings with our new arrangement. While you won’t be able to pop into the shop, you will see a lot more from us in other areas. We’re continuing to sell our cards both online and to lots of stores around the country. In edition to our cards, we’re now offering branding and logo design, if you’d like us to help you develop the vision for your company.
This all comes with the launch of a little re-design to our website, where you will soon find an expanded selection of paper products: from ready to ship invitations, to more party wares. We’ll also be posting to our blog more regularly, where we’re excited to share news of our daily lives, new products, and our favorite spots in the Big Easy.

Take a look at it here, and it should give you an idea what were up to.
If you have any questions or want more specifics, please email us or comment. Even if it’s just to say hi! We miss seeing you in our shop, and want to be sure to stay in touch.
Good luck to you all. Loved your shop and love your creativity.
Thank you so much, Jill. We miss our little shop, but we’re also excited about Grove Street in its new form!
Congratulations and good luck, ladies!
Thank you, friend!!
Thank you for all the joy… loved your cards and great shop. Please keep me on any mailing list.

Thank you so much, Jan! An email is actually coming tonight 🙂
Kate, this looks great.
Thanks 🙂
Keep moving and growing and changing Kate and Anna! Happy for your new venture! You’ll have to look at your alumni profile on the UD website and update everything for me! (Sometime after Christmas!)
Hi Karen! Thank you! Yes, I will! Maybe send me a reminder email after Christmas, too 😉
